Telkom - maintenance is a foreign concept

<p>Telkom does not react, unless things take disasterous proportions.</p> <p>Many months ago I reported that overhead Telkom cables are coming loose from the pole, and hang low and broken over our property. Everytime I enquire about lack of reaction, I get a new fault reference (eg. 495209, 501902, 36233). </p> <p>J Bester</p>
