Telkom made me hold for over an hour!!!!!!!!!

I've app**** for a contract with Telkom and 10 days later, this contract still hasn't been finalized. HOWEVER they debited my account and when i called to inquire, I'm told that it doesn't reflect on the system!!!!???? so where has the money gone?????

...and to make matters worse, I tried calling to get information regarding this matter, and I've been on hold for over an hour now, still on hold as I'm typing this.

What a complete waste of time!!!!!!!!!!
