Telkom lying *******s

The baddest service ever and *****!

I cancelled my telkom fibre 30 days prior to the next billing. I moved to another place that does not support TELKOM at all!

I got an email with a reference number and an sms to my cellphone! I went to telkom to make sure its cancelled and the lady showed me on the screen its cancelled!

Begin of OCT you still deduct money from my account! Then you send an invoice for over 1500 for tye next month and arrears amount? I called again and then Telkom says it doesnt showed I cancelled and you tell me my reference number that TELKOM emails is not correct?! OMW!

Then yiu tell me i am laible for payment and will get another bill and then you have to type im the cancellation and someone will call me?!

The first emails also said someone will call! But never did ! I had to phone you and go in to telkom!!!

I will post your bad service everywhere and tell them what lying *******s yiu are!! I have all the proof needed to show them that yiu dont do you jobs!!
