Telkom Lying about Fixing Line Issue

Our Company has been without Internet and phone lines since 11 March. Telkom Closed the Ticket for a second Time without Sorting out the Issue. Everytime I re-open the Ticket a few more days goes by where support cannot give any feedback. I feel hopeless and frustrated trying to sort out this issue with a Company who does not seem to care.
