Telkom *******ly taking all my pension every month

I did not renew my contract with Telkom since end July but they are still debiting more than R3000 every month with no statements indicating what the deduction is for. The Telkom account was closed and number never used since end July. I called numerous times but met with extreme arrogance from Telkom agents. I am a retiree and cannot afford food because Telkom takes my whole pension every month.
