Telkom ********ly double paying themselves

I need clarification. Telkom debited R1984. 90 on 14 March 2026 and I genuinely do not know what that amount is for.

I owed R1136.90 for my new phone and tablet. When I took out the contracts, the contract for the Honor 400 was R549 36 months and my Huawei mate 11 se wasR299 24 months.

I was already being charged extra when they debited R1136.90. But what is there R1984, 90 for?

I genuinely dislike dishonest companies thieving from customers especially in this tough economy.
