Telkom lures us into contracts by selling us dreams they cannot make come true!

Telkom mobile is selling us dreams. I have a 5G anytime and 5G night surfer wifi contract I took with them and this is my third month on the contract but the data does not last for more than 7 days every month. this is annoying because when I buy data after the one I received has depleted, 1G lasts for about 15 days. what is even more frustrating is that I leave the ****le at home because I use my work wifi during working hours.

Is there a way I can terminate this contract and just continue buying my own data that I can control or be given what I am paying for? Because I am tired of calling in and speaking to consultants who cannot help me understand how I can finish 10G of data in less than a week when I dont use this data during working hours and I do not download nor use it on youtube.
