TELKOM LTE WORST SERVICE

Had a LTE contract with Telkom, after the contract ended we canceled the contract where April 2023 was to be the last debit order to go off. In May 2023 Telkom *******ly deducted another amount, in June we received a final invoice reflecting that Telkom has to refund us the amount they deducted in May. In July we received another invoice showing we still owing an amount but we never received the refund due at end of June. July we got handed over to debt collectors without being notified by Telkom. How do you ***** from people and cant refund them and then handing them over to debt collectors. Please stay far away from telkom, their services is pathetic and no one even helps you properly when you call them. Staff are so rude and do not have proper training either.
