Telkom LTE wireless internet useless

I wish there where minus stars as Telkom your service for your LTE internet sucks for the last 3 weeks I have had less than 1mbps download internet speed when it should be 4mbps .I phones to complain it took an hour to get to a service consultant and then at least that in a conversation .I was told that it would be investigated but naada has been done you chewed up all my airtime and nothing has changed. I cannot even use my internet banking never mind my netflix or watsup.I am so ANGRY
