Telkom LTE Wifi so fast you use more DATA!!

<p>A consultant in our area popped a flyer in our postbox saying hes our dedicated area specialist and sold us on the 10GB package for R199pm (5GB at night and 5GB in day). We told him what our business entails and explained we run out of data around the 20th on our current 3G 2GB package and he assured us that this will no longer happen. So we were stoked. Turns out the LTE is soo fast that it literally downloads everything inbetween what you are doing online so you using all that unnecessary data and therefore we run out around the 10th now. When contacting this agent he refers you to Telkom to dispute the contract. Telkom refers you to the agent to dispute the contract etc etc etc. Telkom wont cancel this contract and the agent, Wesley Venables, says sorry for you. Got no joy after months of fighting.</p>
