Telkom LTE Wifi Rooter

If there is a scale of service between 1 and 10 for the Telkom LTE wifi service I will DEFINITELY rate it -100!!!! We had the wireless wifi rooter for almost 10 months and we made numerous calls and it just SUCKS completely! What's the use of paying almost R1000 a month and CANNOT use it at all!!!!! We cannot upload or download and not even stream. Im so sick and tired of calling coz they just want to sell you a wifi booster!!!! DEAR TELKOM,YOUR SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!!
