Telkom LTE, what a joke!!!!!!!!!!

Telkom LTE what a joke! The connection speeds are pathetic! 1.13 MBPS upload and 0.82 MBPS download speeds! HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? Paying just under 1000 pm for **** like this? Their online complaints don't work, their phones they don't answer! Been on the line for just under 1 hour and still no answer! HOW is this company still in business?
