Telkom LTE very slow and no support!

Ever since the lockdown my Telkom LTE speeds are super slow ( 0.3mb down and 0.2mb up). I have logged a call on 27 March, it is now 3 April and nobody cam back to me at all. I called Telkom now to ask what is going on, all they could tell me is that the internet are congested because of the lockdown so they can't do anything. Didn't the President say that internet will be a high priority because people need to work from home? Well I can't do anything from home with this speeds! Absolutely disgusting!
