Telkom LTE Very bad signal

So I clicked Rating as it would not allow me to proceed further but there should be no Star!

Telkom LTE Phine Data / Telkom Data Sim( LTE 4.5G Router ) is so bad my 4 year old kid says bad network Dad. My Connection drops so bad that I can not open a simple Google page and then we no it’s downhill for the rest of the day . I mean Really a google page !!!!!!The connection speeds are so bad they range daily between 1.02 MBPS Download and 5.70MBPS upload speeds! How is this an internet service provider . I pay R500 to R600 for this **** as I need internet at home for work so I get around 60 to 120 GIG a month . Their online customer service is good because there internet is ****. Trying to do a simple download from Netflix Mabe one episode takes 6hours and then guess what is ****s the data too !!!!!!!!! South Africans they are robbing us and we always feel we to small to complain !!!! HOW is Telkom still in business today !!! They should have stuck with Old school telephones !!!!! PATHETIC!!!!!!!
