TELKOM LTE: VERY BAD SERVICE AND BAD CALL CENTRE AND NO SERVICE FROM TECHNICIANS

<p>I signed up for LTE WIFI with Telkom at the end of July 2016. I did not receive service at times and most of the time no service/signal. Very bad service from customer care and no service from technicians. They also handed me over to debt collectors because I did not pay for very bad / no service. I was not at all able to talk to a manager or team leader or anybody at Telkom that is able to cancel the contract.</p>
