Telkom LTE useless employees!!!!!!!

These stupid *******s put me on the wrong contract without me knowing about it! I app**** for a LTE package of 120G in December for R459.00 a month and these idiots put on a 20G package witch i was on previously but paid the full amount of early cancellation. No I've been struggling since February to get it sorted out but the case is still ongoing. I am so unbelievably fed up with telkom and all the stupid excuses they make. I want everyone to know how unbelievably utterly stupid and useless they are, please stay far away from Telkom!!!!
