Telkom Lte useless

I have a 10mbps LTE with Telkom. This whole past week my speed was only 5mbps. Today is 2mbps. I only used 30gigs so far my 4mbps cap only starts at 50gig.

I have been on hold with customer service for 30min. This is rediculous. Useless service. Useless customer care. I pay on time. Why can't they take my call on tuine
