Telkom LTE Upgrades over the phone but no device delivered!

I received a call from Ismail two weeks ago regarding an upgrade on my LTE - Upgrade completed, I was advised that I would receive my new device between the 25th of February 2019 - 1st of March 2019. I have not received my router as yet - no once is following up - I phoned Telkom to follow up, held on for 13 minutes (then I was told to phone a different number which I did - held on for 11 minutes and eventually the consultant advised that their systems are down) Extremely frustrating!
