Telkom LTE unusable line at times with 1meg speed!!

I am so fed up TELKOM. We had our adsl lines ****** and have been forced into the only other alternative which is lte. We are getting, at times, only 1meg on our lte ... why are we paying R1000 per month for an usable connection? THis is not acceptable... what are you guaranteeing as far as speed for R1000 per month?? Surely Telkom also have to supply a minimum speed/service to be able to charge?
