Telkom LTE unstable and poor to no SERVICE

<p>I hate posting reviews on this site but it is the only way you get service.</p> <p>Telkom Lte in my area is SO unstable. When you sign up they promise you the sun and the moon, and every second month you have to battle to log a complaint, NOBODY knows what they are talking about in their service departments and transfers you from one person to the other. </p> <p>During the day, my latency is reasonable at 60ms and my download speeds average at round about 20mbps.</p> <p>At night when I actually want to use my internet service to stream Netflix or Catchup movies on DSTV or do some online gaming, from 5 o clock to 11 o clock, my latency jumps to 300ms and download speed drops to 7mbps. In Telkom's adverts, they say online gaming and streaming draws preference on the network....well this is all I want,??? False advertising.</p> <p>Everytime you call in, and actually manage to speak to someone, they tell you the same thing.....did you reboot the router, did you restart your pc, please reset the router and wait 5 minutes...............RESTARTING AND RESETTING MY ROUTER DOES NOTHING TELKOM!!!! THE FAULT LIES ON YOUR SIDE!!!! FIX IT OR I WILL FIND A LEGAL LOOP HOLE TO GET OUT OF MY CONTRACT!!! </p>
