TELKOM LTE UNLIMITED BUNDLES

I think Telkom must remove our house from their coverage map. I bought unlimited LTE Bundles but I have like 0-10% signal throughout the day. Only works well after midnight until around 7:30. I get out of bundle or internet has paused message the whole day. This is so frustrating because I have to buy data from other ISPs while a have data that is supposed to last me the whole month but doesn't work. Call center also doesn't help. They just keep sending me settings that don't work in my phones osr router. Their coverage map is misleading people because after u buy u get no signal or any help or call center.
