Telkom LTE uncapped wasting my money
<p>I have a Telkom LTE uncapped contract, I got it so we can stream Showmax and Netflix when we watch TV, so we cancelled our DSTV. What a mistake, the only times we can actually watch TV is when we are home after work. Eventhough I have a strong connection (4 bars) , the speed is useless. Most nights we cannot even watch tv, because it keeps bufferring. And we never have full quality. After downloading a speed tester, I would say our speed averages at about 1 to 2 mb per second exactly during the period we really need it. What are we paying for???</p>
I give up, It semmed like the connection became more stable. But lately we have been going through the same problem. I have been asked by so many people what I think about Telkom, and unfortunately I cannot give a good answer.
All I ask now is that someone tell me what to do, please. Am I allowed to cancel my contract early due to service not rendered?
Is my only option to just get another service provider that can deliver? But for that I would need to wait for my contract to expire, or cancel.
Please help me, I have given up trying to fix Telkom.
