Telkom LTE uncapped wasting my money

<p>I got Telkom LTE specifically so I can stream Showmax and Netflix. The speed is so slow, that I barely have a chance to watch anything. It is now sunday evening, and we want to watch a movie or 2 before our week starts. Guess what, internet is too slow. What must I do about this, because Telkom could not help, at all. This is not the first time I complain. But no one is helping us.</p>
