Telkom LTE uncapped throttling issue

When I got the contract they said only peer to peer downloading gets throttled which is fine because I only stream and even on their website it says it :

"Uncapped wireless broadband is really uncapped for almost all applications and uses. These include email, browsing, streaming traffic like video, music, YouTube, AppleTV, Box Office, Netflix, VPN, VOIP, real time online gaming, backups and gaming downloads.

For these you will never be capped and throttled. This means consumers will enjoy the full benefit of a truly unlimited experience with Telkom's LTE Uncapped service. Telkom's 50GB fair usage policy cap ONLY applies to Bit Torrent traffic via peer to peer and news servers protocols (NNTP).

Customers will enjoy full speeds on the 50GB FUP bundle between 12am – 6pm and will only be throttled on the speeds between 6pm – 12am which is Telkom's peak period on the network."

The policy says:

6. The SmartBroadband Uncapped Wireless service shall be offered at full speeds (no time limit applies)
for all traffic types except bandwidth intensive protocols or applications which shall be at full speed
between 12am – 6pm if within the 50GB cap. Once a subscriber reaches the 50GB cap the bandwidth
intensive protocols or applications shall be throttled to 128kbps speed for the rest of the month. Full
Speeds shall resume at the beginning of the next calendar month
7. The SmartBroadband Uncapped Wireless service will offer uncapped data for all traffic types except
bandwidth intensive protocols or applications which shall be capped at 50GB
8. Bandwidth intensive protocols or applications are defined as Bit torrent traffic downloaded via Peer to
Peer, Application to Application, Application to Server, news servers Protocols ( NNTP)
9. Bandwidth intensive protocols and applications shall also be throttled across the network to 128kbps
during peak network periods of between 6pm - 12am to manage the networks quality of experience and
quality of service for all users

This means that they can not throttle me for streaming to much because they promoted this product as the perfect service for streaming yet during this week they throttled me because I stream to much.

Right now I am getting 0.3 Mbs. I have had this product for 4 months and for the past three months I streamed without issues till this week.

My monthly usage is 400 gig it might seem alot but if you stream a movie in 720p it takes about 4 gig. that is 3.33 movies per day in a month which I think is reasonable aspecially if you have kids or other members using the internet.

This month I have used 200 gig so far and have throttled me. That means this is the biggest ******* contract.

After speaking with telkom for 30min they want me on an uncapped contract to purchase data bundles to be able to stream. What was the point of getting uncapped lte if I have to spend more money on data bundles.

she said I can get a streaming bundle but it gets throttled at 10 gigs so I can basically watch 3 movies and have to sit with the same issue.
