Telkom LTE uncapped throttled to unusable rates

Telkom LTE uncapped was advertised as a serive that would never be shaped, managed or throttled on any protocols other than p2p and nntp.

Users using in excess of 200gb are being systematically throttled to 4Mbps and once 250gb is reached speeds are further reduced to an unsuable 256kbps.

Totally ********* as these restrictings were never cited in the T&C's or in the products sales pitch. Customers have committed to 24 month contract on the premise that the accounts would not be shaped/throttled/managed outside of p2p and nntp.

Please advise

Good Morning
Kindly take note of the below communication that was sent to all customers:
In terms of the AUP, Telkom reserves the right to apply restrictions on an uncapped account if a customers’ behaviour is deemed to be affecting the user experience of other customers on Telkom’s LTE network.
Examples of customer behaviour which may compromise Telkom’s network performance include causing network congestion, running excessive concurrent internet sessions or accessing excessive bandwidth intensive protocols such as peer-to-peer.
Please refer to this link for Terms and conditions: http://www.telkom.co.za/today/unlimited-broadband/
So kindly provide me with the evidence showing where my internet usage has effected the user experience of other LTE customers.
Your generic cut and paste response is the same generic, systemmatic throttling of any and every customer who has exceeded 200gb usage on their LTE uncapped account. It's not about protecting the user experience, it's about pretecting your bottom line.
You can point to your AUP but what about the product sales pitch. False advertising? ********** misrepresentation of the product?
For these you will never be capped or throttled. Telkom's 50Gb fair usage policy cap ONLY applies to Bit Torrent traffic via peer to peer and news server protocols (NNTP).
Customers will enjoy full speeds on the 50GB FUP bundle between 12am-6pm and will only be throttled on the speeds between 6pm-12am whcih is Telkoms peak period on the network.

Give the customers what they paying for. You are in breach of contract. 256kbps is not an acceptable service!
