Telkom lte uncapped throtteled at 100gb

Anyone who is interested in this product must know that your internet connection is disconnected after 100gb usage according to fup. They say it is throttled to a slower speed but it gets totally disconnected. Uncapped does not exist. I have battled for two weeks to find this out. After almost three hundred rand airtime and the 081180 number that does not answer and a supervisor that told the operator not to phone me back and my account that is not debited correctly and all this for something I pay but not get the service for the last two weeks...STAY AWAY FROM TELKOM. The idea of the product is good but it does not exist. Save yourselves the head and heart ache. Oh and no the sales consultant did not tell me that I would be throttled after a 100gb.
