Telkom lte uncapped ****e

We got the lte uncapped contract from telkom we have this contract for 9 months now and we r not able to use internet after 4pm then its so slow u cant download enything. Me and my partner both work daytime so can only enjoy a movie at night but with telkom ther is no internet speed at night we logged menny calls and nothing is done. We askd them to cancel the lte and rather do fiber or sumthing and then they want to charge ur for cancelling the lte contract. We have been paying a full price for sumthing thats only working 30% for 9 months realy . And they dont try eny way to help customers at all
