Telkom: LTE Uncapped Poor Speed and False information from sales Person

Good day Please kindly assist me.

I was unfairly upgraded to 10 meg uncapped lte line and not getting the lte speeds. Telkom called to upgrade me as they no longer supporting the ADSL line.

After the monthly usage of 150gb I up not getting the minimum 4mb download speed.

The maximum download speed I am getting is 0.8 MB I was also made false promises from the sales consultant for transferring existing contract to the lte 10 meg wireless contract. This was false as an new contract was taken against my will

Its been 6 months of reporting issue to telkom as i dont even get one meg download speeds especially in the evening . The issue still remains unresolved yet it is closed Please kindly rectify this matter urgency as I was to cancel this contract due to poor connectivity and false information.
