Telkom LTE Uncapped package is a total *******.

Telkom LTE Uncapped is a ******* by all standards. Imagine i am paying close to R1000 on this and i have the slowest connection ever. when i got this packages all was well but all of a sudden i cant even do my work from home as they throttle me to even less than 1 mbps of the 2 mbps they claim i am entitled to. What am i really paying for. Please people can anyone assist on how i can make or even cancel this contract because its useless and they are providing the service that they are supposed to provide.
