Telkom LTE Uncapped over 1 month and waiting

<p>I app**** for the LTE uncapped promotion on the 17 April 2016. A few days later i was contacted by a sales person and after the conversation I was informed that i should recieve my packed in 5 to 7 working days.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 19 of May 2016 i eventually got through on 10213 and the opetator told me that the order was a approved but not created. He said that i will recieve a tracking number in the next hour which i am still waiting for. He also told me that i could expect the package on the 23 May 2016. </p> <p> </p> <p>I phoned again on the 25 May 2016 holding for 2 hours before an operator answered the call. Same storie, order was approved but not created. Again i would recieve a tracking number in the next hour. It was promised that i will recieve the package on the 27 May 2016. Still waiting for the tracking number and package.</p> <p> </p> <p>What now? Do i phone again to hold for another 2 hours to get empty promises again?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
