Telkom lte uncapped

Telkom is such a waste. I have a mobile uncapped lte contract with telkom this is my last year with them and honestly I cannot wait.

Constantly slow speeds can't even get over 1mbps and yet I have a 10mbps line which gets throttled to 4mbps and then to 2mbps depending on ur usage as it is with everyons contract but for the life of me telkom cannot even get me to 2mbps if they do it is not consistent.

I have even gotten a new router from a B315 to a B525 thinking that with a 5ghz wave length it should help but no it does not.

I am on the phone with telkom at least twice every month literally begging them for their assistance which they can never provide and if I get through the calls gets.I have paid R899 for 1 and a half years already and have not even gotten my money's worth our of it.

So telkom does not provide me with the service I am paying for so why is it that I cannot leave them before my contract expires? Honestly I am willing to leave right now.
