Telkom LTE total BULL****! PAYING FOR A USELESS PRODUCT

I have a wifi modem at home for over a year with uncapped data. Since day 1..the reception and network is total ****!!!!

This modem says connects up to 40 devices yet I can't even stream off my smart TV without it buffering. I am Paying R850 a month for what? Please telkom sort your **** out and come take your modem. I tried canceling yet u idiots are holding me to a 2 year contract which for me is bull****. I'm sick of this were I'm paying so much for LTE uncapped which I can't even damn use?!

Sort this out else I'm going to let the entire country know about your poor pathetic products.

I want a response and reply and not a message apologizing, I don't need your apology.. I need a solution and compensation for a year and a half of a product which does not flippen work!
