Telkom LTE - the worst!!!

Telkom LTE is the worst!!! Every night it stops working and during the day the wifi is sooooo slow. It's extremely ridiculous. Spent over an hour on the phone with Telkom to figure out why it's so slow. However, they kept transferring me to the wrong departments. Eventually ended up using the online chat to speak to an agent and all I was told is to switch the router on and off or remove and replace the simcard. So everytime there's an issue I'm expected to do this? Ridiculous!!!
