Telkom LTE Terrible Connection

I would give zero stars but sadly that is not possible. We have moved a week ago to a new area our internet is LTE and we checked we are in LTE coverage area, we have the LTE Huawei router, that being said our LTE connection is terrible speedtest shows between 300ms and 3000ms ping to the nearest server where it should be around 20 we called Telkom to ask for support after waiting about 5 minutes for someone to answer the explanation we got was unacceptable according to telkom all the LTE connections between 5pm til 1am (the rest of the time the internet is working but still slow) and weekends go through one tower and that tower can not handle the bandwidth when we asked what they are going to do to fix this problem they simply said nothing. So we are paying for internet where it takes between 5 and 8 minutes to open any website and not even my whatsapp messages on my phone is going through and they will not do anything to fix this problem.
