Telkom LTE - Stick with ADSL as LTE is horrible

Not happy at all,

I had a 10 MB ADSL. My exchange only supported upto 10MB so Telkom advised I should go for LTE. So I decided to sign a 24 month contract for R999 a month. The LTE tower I conect to are over congested. I only get max 3Mb per seconds between 6PM-11PM on a capped 100GB package. I have asked if they can move me to an ADSL package also costing R999 per month and I was told the account can't be moved from Telkom Mobile. If I cancel the contract I need to pay in an absurd amount of money. I have even spent money to buy a Pointing Antenna which made no difference. I have logged 4 call during the 5 month puriod with no luck. Here are the speedtest result as proof.

http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/ ********** 262

http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/ ********** 936

http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/ ********** 519

Please can someone tell me what I can do and if I can legally cancel my contract and go back to ADSL without having to pay money.

To add my avg ping loss rate is 5%.

So STAY AWAY FROM TELKOM LTE!

Ok, Telkom just phone notifying that an upgrade is needed on my Tower. If the upgrade will take longer than 3 months I will have the option to cancel my contract and sign up for ADSL. If this is the case I will realy be pleased. They will notify me in the next 3 days how long the upgrade will take

It has been 10 days and no feedback. My LTE is unuseable. I get 20% ping loss and 1mb DL speeds. This is unacceptable.

I am honestly fed up. It has already been 1 month. I have phoned Telkom 6 times already and all they say is your fault is with the Network department. The last update on the call says "Will contact client". That update was 1st of March. According to the below article I have the right to cancel my contract free of charge, which was stated by the Head of Group Communication Jacqui O'Sullivan:

I really can't believe the incompatince of this company. They are quick on takeing your money everymonth and any technical issues simply gets ignored. I have a contact that could actually confirm that my issues are related to the Tower being over utilized to a point were it is unusable during peak times. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE FROM TELKOM HELP ME!!

The problem here is that this is the feedback I get for over 5 weeks now.
After the discussion above I get a call from Telkom 2 days later asking me what the fault is and that they can't do anything about this. The did not even notice there was an existing case open. After I gave them the case number they advised that they will contact the network department for an update (5th time I'm being told that). The next day I received a text message saying case number ********** 2 closed as resolved.
