telkom lte speeds very poor
hi i have a lte contract with telkom mobile that use to work just fine. we use to get speeds of up to 20mb/s but for the last 6 months we have been getting very low lte speeds below 1mb per second and it sometimes gets so bad that we cant even browse the internet. everytime i phone the call centre agents try troubleshooting and its not helping anything. we tried also tried moving the router around every room in the house but no success. cant they come and install an external antenna or send someone out here to come and have a look.

16 Feb 2019, 16:16I even tried the online chat and they keeps on telling us every week that our fault will be logged as there is no opened faults they even gave me a cas no once but when I asked them to track it there is no availed log open. This has been going on for weeks now. What shod I do im so frustrated. We use to get up to 20 mb/s but now it's below 1mb/s

16 Feb 2019, 16:21The lte Sim is ********** 106 and we have tried all troubleshooting they gave us on the phone. The only solution is an external antenna cuz the area we are staying in has very poor telkom signal.
