Telkom LTE speed grinds to crawl

<p>We have the Telkom LTE 100GB data package contracted at our house.</p> <p>Download speeds are mostly slower than upload! IE Very slow and generally less than 1MBps.</p> <p>The fault has been reported 3 times over the last about 2 months with the latest two service reference numbers as follows ********** 1 and ********** 8 reported Monday 21 Nov 2016.</p> <p>A Telkom technician once came to the house but soon disappeared to check something on the tower - or something! never to return.</p>
