Telkom LTE speed extremely slow!

I have Telkom LTE WIFI. The download speed is much lower than the agreed contract. I did a SAIX speedtest today Sunday 29/3/202. Download speed is 0.9mbps, upload speed is 2,0mbps! I informed Telkom previouisly about this issue & followed their instratuctions. Nothing has changed. Please advise.
