Telkom LTE speed drop

Telkom LTE speeds drop from 13 - 20 mb/s in my area to 0.2 - 2.08 maximum for more than 10 days now and when calling they tell you sorry you cant report a LTE problem only fixed line? What a joke, so you pay for LTE data but get told sorry deal with it basically when there is obviously a problem. Good work telkom, just another way you let your customers down!
