Telkom LTE speed and support

<p>Telkom LTE speed is a joke. During the day speeds of up to 36 Mbps can be obtained. This looks very promising combined with a "uncapped" deal they offered. In the evenings the speed drops to below 1 Mbps and it becomes unusable. Slower that the slowest ADSL package Telkom offers. Support does not help at all. They only word they listen for is "slow" which is equal to restart your router. How would that fix my problem if during the day I have brilliant speed but at night it drops down to nothing? What that tells me is you support does not know what they are talking about and the network is overloaded.</p>
