Telkom LTE speed - 0.22mbps

<p>Now once again my LTE download speeds are being throttled. 0.22mbps is not what I have signed up for!!!</p> <p>This now the seconds time in around two months as my previous complaint was logged the 23rd August.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please resolve this issue immediately, I am NOT waiting another 2-3 weeks to get this resolved. This is NOT an issue with my router onsite as my upload speeds was not affected. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
