Telkom LTE slower then ever.

<p>Since we have received our Telkom LTE unlimited package we have had extremely slow speed (less then 1mbps). Within the 1st week we asked for a cancellation but we keep getting the runaround from Telkom and Bluetech. As per my understanding consumers have the right to cancel if the product advertise does not live up to it's standard. I have numerous times asked for a cancellation but they have asked to send out a technician, but it seems like that also takes over a week. </p>
