Telkom LTE slower than a snail

Probably the worst experience I have ever had. Pay R600 per month for 0.01mb/s internet speed... Trying to get it resolved is like sticking a knife in your arm... PAINFUL. I'm not even talking about the *********** technical support staff. I've been speaking to these people to try and get this resolved for 3 months now. When I went on the website I notice that my address does not fall under the coverage area anymore. Your job does not end when you make the sale. Your support is just as important. I'm fed up!!!
