Telkom LTE slower than a 2meg dsl
Since the 20 Aug Telkom LTE service in Sasolburg has been unusable. I have spoken to 5 people in the area that confirmed that we are all having problems with the Lte. Please look into the matter and supply feed back. You are billing me for a service that is unusable..... Fix your network problems!

03 Sept 2018, 20:06The response from telkom is as always we will look into it and as always nothing comes of it. The other LTE contract we have is uploading and downloading at the same rate. That is in the Vanderbijlpark area. When inserting a vodacom Sim the upload and download runs normal. This has also been going on since 20 Aug. Clearly you have a network issue. If you are not going to sort it out we will be forced to cancel the four LTE contracts. As the level of service is absolutely shocking.... If it not a slow LTE connection it is the inability to cancel a dsl line after multiple emails calls hopefully that is sorted after 6 months. Please let me know if you are fixing it of if I need to open a case at icasa as normal communication with your company does not seem to get anything done.
