Telkom LTE slow speeds

I have been trying to get a Trace report from Telkom as well as better LTE wifi speed. I am being throttled at 2mb but I am not even getting 1mbps. My current speed is at 0.4mbps. Their response time in FB is 4 days. They are in breach of contract as they are not delivering on what I have been promised. Working from home has been a nightmare when it comes to my internet with slow speeds. They are quick to accept new or current business but fail to meet their customers needs when problems arise. Please readers, before you commit to any product from Telkom, I suggest that you do not commit to it.
