Telkom LTE slow speed of 0.9 mbps to 1.2 mbps

<p>I signed for Telkom LTE 20 GB sim only deal . On telkom site my area show that LTE speed I should get is</p> <p>"UPTO" 90 mbps. But I dont even get 9 mbps most of time it is 0.9 mbps to 1.2 mbps. I dont understand why it is advertised as upto "90" to "150 mbps" . </p> <p> </p> <p>First of all Telkom took 14 days to approve my application after 100's of phone calls and wasting of airtime.</p> <p>Finally my sim was activated after 14 days , I thought problem is over but when I stared using LTE the speed which I get is 900 "KBPS" and max of 1.2 mbps ,sometime if i m lucky I get 2 mbps which is slower than my phone internet speed with another provider on 3G. And there are times where is doesnt work at all.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am using LTE router E5773 that I bought from telkom store. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am paying for a service which I am not even getting . Its like paying for service which is claimed to be the best but than whn u receive it ,it is way way below below average and something doesnt even work.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please help me ,how I can I get UPTO 90 mbps atleast once . I use LTE connection at home from 5 pm to 11 pm . Please dont give a reason that 5pm to 11 pm is peak hours ,I am paying full amount as per deal so I should get the service.</p> <p> </p> <p>If it goes on like this I will have stop my LTE with telkom after 1 st month itself, its of no use . I am so glad that I took a month to month deal and didnt take 24 month contract.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
