Telkom lte services

In Morgenzon, Mpumalanga there are several Telkom lte customers who experience 2 to 3 times a month NO INTERNET service. We have been without service since last week friday, 01/07/2022!!! It has been reported by various customers. To top this non exestince of service nobody even receives any type of credit for the times without internet, and we have to by seperate data services at a much higher cost!!!
