Telkom LTE service degraded!

I had perfect LTE for 2 years until the last month, my service is so intermittent it is not funny anymore. I live close to the tower but my signal keeps disconnecting and I have to reboot numerous times to regain connection. I even replaced my router to a later Huawei model and I am having the same issue! I logged a call once and they closed the call without feedback, Telkom doesn't seem to have a proper technical team , I never spoke to someone technical. Re-opened my case yesterday after a month and still hasn't been dealt with. Call centre agents are always abrupt and never show empathy. I am looking for an alternative already and will be advise everyone to not use Telkom LTE because it is very unstable.I am active in other forums and will actively campaign against Telkom LTE if this isn't sorted. Oh! also just became a Telkom Mobile customer after being with MTN for 15 years, I am now worried that to will become a disaster. I am sure Telkom wont even look at this but I want to make other users and potential users aware so that you don't enter a contract you cannot get out of for 24 months.
