TELKOM LTE SERVICE

Telkom is the worst ISP ever I am having the most worse experience ever from a SP with regards to LTE in my area and it can only be with TELKOM I am paying a lot of money for a service that i am not even getting I ordered a 10mbps LTE router with SIM card and the speeds that i am getting is pathetic Over my mobile network (VODACOM-LTE) i am getting good speeds every single day at any hour with a speed of 30 mbps as an average but over my TELKOM-LTE network its completely pathetic as its between 2-4 mbps yet i am paying so much for something that i am not even getting - and this is on a contractual basis I have sent numerous emails and made plenty of phone calls with regards to this and yet there hasn't been any solid feedback I know they going to come back to me and say that LTE coverage in bad in the area that i live in but i got proof that it iznt because if i am getting good speeds on VODACOM LTE network whats they issue with TELKOM I work in IT and deal with network related issues all the time so they cant BS me I am really fed-up with the **** service that Telkom provides to its customer!!!!!!!!
