Telkom LTE Service

So about a year and a bit ago I got the LTE service from Telkom for R600.00 per month. Back then the major plus was that they WOULD NOT throttle online gaming/streaming/youtube. Once they realized that had messed up they changed their FUP/AUP all of a sudden. Since then I've had a constant problem with my LTE service. I've been complaining to them for the past year to fix my problem and still nothing. I use the line to play online games mainly and I cannot play the game after 6pm every night. (every other game works perfectly and I can stream HD movies with no problem). I told them that and they insist that there is nothing wrong. If that were the case I'd have no issues with that game, I had ADSL before I switched over and I could play that game after 6pm with no issues. So that says to me that it's the LTE service, but they won't acknowledge the problem or fix it. My LTE service goes down regularly for an entire day with no notice and Telkom won't answer my questions. I've had a case number opened and closed immediately. I'm still waiting to hear back from them for another case number which is over a month old!

This is beyond ridiculous. I'm not getting what I'm paying for every month. I'd love a refund but I know that will never ever happen. I just want them to fix my problems!!!

Hi Yazied, I've logged another complaint. I tested gaming online with Vodacom 3G/LTE service on my iPhone and I did not lag and could play at night. After switching back to the Telkom LTE service, I lagged all the time, could not play at all. So the problem clearly lies on the Telkom side.
